Trump's threat to jail Hillary Clinton is utterly unworthy of major party nominee for president of USA, a glorious democracy

Mr. Trump's threat to jail Ms. Hillary Clinton, if he becomes USA president, is utterly unworthy of a major political party (the Republican party of Abraham Lincoln, no less) nominee for president of the, economy-wise and militarily, most powerful DEMOCRATIC and FREE country on earth today, the USA. Unless he withdraws these words of his, I am afraid, he will be viewed, worldwide, as a potential DICTATOR Trump of the USA and not a potential president of a DEMOCRATIC USA.
I write these words as a person who was born in (in the early 1960s), lives in, and is a citizen of DEMOCRATIC India, and who admires and has been inspired by the democratic traditions of the USA. Indeed, in some ways at least, the USA has been the "shining city upon a hill" for devotees of democracy like me. I wish those citizens in the USA who are fighting to preserve its glorious democratic traditions, all the very best.
