Some info. and some questions about chronology of Kerala kingdoms/ruling dynasties from 1000 AD to 2000 AD (2nd millennium AD)

I was curious to have some history timeline kind-of info. about Kerala kingdoms/dynasties at least from 1000 AD onwards as my parents grew up in Kerala before moving to Mumbai and their previous generations, on both parents' side, were based in Kerala. For more about this Kerala background of my parents & their previous generations, please visit my posts given towards the bottom of this post. History of Kerala, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Kerala is an informative page. The section Medieval and Early Modern periods, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Kerala#Medieval_and_Early_Modern_periods , covers history of Kerala from 8th century CE onwards with just a mention of 6th to 8th century CE history being obscure. Miscellaneous Facebook posts & comments in or around Dec. 2022

When author of post or comment is not mentioned, it should be assumed that it is me (Ravi S. Iyer). To save time, I am usually not providing my FB post links but only contents. I am also not hyperlinking links. So readers may have to copy-paste links from this post onto a browser link box and then browse to that link. ==========================================  It is great to see such pics being shared on Facebook. We get to understand the lives of common people which form the vast majority of a country or region, from such pics. History tends to focus more on big shots. Some movies about the past do try to show commoner life but one does not really know how well they portray it. These kind of pics (one presumes they are authentic) tell us so much about the lives of common people of the associated country/region then. I have to add that one can see such knife grinders in Puttaparthi even today though they are dressed differently, of course! [Associated FB post:  https://www.facebook.co

I decided to make it a public post as I felt it may be useful to some others. [3rd April 2024: I thought of adding the term 'internal links' to this post as I was searching for this post in Blogger dashboard with that term but could not find it.] I believe that the id creation part has to be done using HTML mode in blogger. So this whole post explains both the id creation part and creation of link to that id (bookmark), in HTML mode. Using an id (bookmark) with an HTML element An associated reference page is: HTML Bookmarks with ID and Links,  https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_id.asp . HTML code below is an example where I am using the bold tag instead of a header tag. I try to keep my blog posts simple and so for most posts where I need sections I simply use bold for the section header.  <b id=&q
