Trump goes ballistic with theories of global elite conspiracies against him

This post has articles related to Mr. Trump making very strongly-worded allegations of conspiracy(ies) against him. Most, or perhaps all, of the articles given below reference this speech of Mr. Trump given in a rally in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA on 13th October 2016:

The above article quotes Mr. Trump as saying, "The corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism, they're a political special interest no different than any lobbyist or financial entity with a total political agenda and the agenda is not for you, it's for themselves. And their agenda is to elect Crooked Hillary Clinton at any cost, at any price, no matter how many lives they destroy." ... (this election season has become an)"absolute horror show of lies, deceptions, malicious attacks." ... "Many of my friends and many political experts warned me that this campaign would be a journey to Hell, but they are wrong. It will be a journey to heaven because we will help so many people that are so desperately in need of help." ... "What is going on is egregious" .. "But I also know it is not about me. It is about all of you and it is about our country. It is about all of us together as a country."

2) Trump Accuses Clinton of Guiding Global Elite Against U.S. Working Class, http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/14/us/politics/trump-comments-linked-to-antisemitism.html, Oct. 13th 2016

This article quotes Mr. Trump as saying, "We’ve seen this firsthand in the WikiLeaks documents in which Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors". It then quotes Jonathan Greenblatt of the Anti-Defamation League as saying, "Whether intentionally or not, Donald Trump is evoking classic anti-Semitic themes that have historically been used against Jews and still reverberate today" ... "Mr. Trump focused on the very issues and themes that obsess conspiratorial anti-Semites: They believe that there is an elite group of Jews who control the media, the government, and banking, and who are trying to destroy white America".

3) Donald Trump says there’s a global conspiracy against him, https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/10/13/donald-trump-leans-in-hard-to-the-conspiracy-theory-of-the-2016-election/, Oct. 13th 2016

A small extract from the article:
On Thursday in West Palm Beach, Fla., Trump — with his campaign reeling from revelations regarding lewd comments he made about women in 2005 and a series of allegations of groping — delivered the latest iteration of his stump speech. It was an address that can be summed up in a single word: “Conspiracy.”
--- end extract ---

The article quotes Mr. Trump as saying, "For those who control the levers of power in Washington, and for the global special interests, they partner with these people that don't have your good in mind. Our campaign represents a true existential threat like they haven't seen before"... "It's a global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities". .."This is well documented, and the establishment that protects them has engaged in a massive coverup of widespread criminal activity at the State Department and the Clinton Foundation in order to keep the Clintons in power". .."These attacks are orchestrated by the Clintons and their media allies. The only thing Hillary Clinton has going for herself is the press . . . without the press, she is absolutely zero".. "This is a conspiracy against you, the American people, and we cannot let this happen or continue".

The article goes on to dispute the above conspiracy statements of Trump citing lack of evidence.

4) Donald Trump's plan: deny everything, claim huge conspiracy against himself, http://www.smh.com.au/world/us-election/donald-trumps-plan-deny-everything-claim-huge-conspiracy-against-himself-20161013-gs218f.html, Oct. 14th 2016

The article quotes Trump as saying, "Their agenda is to elect crooked Hillary Clinton at any cost, at any price, no matter how many lives they destroy. For them, it's a war. And for them, nothing at all is out of bounds"... "This is a struggle for the survival of our nation. Believe me. And this will be our last chance to save it on November 8. Remember that." ... "She [Ravi: She refers to Hillary Clinton] should be locked up".

Ravi: I am very disturbed to hear such conspiracy theories being said by the nominee for (USA) President of the Republican party. I don't think I have ever heard such statements from top political leaders or major candidates for top political office in the USA or countries in Western Europe like Great Britain in the past three decades of my exposure to such stuff via mainstream media in India and international print and TV media like New York Times, Washington Post, BBC, CNN etc.

Yes, I have read and viewed some such conspiracy theories on some Internet websites/youtube videos. But that's different! This time it is Mr. Trump, less than one month and one election away from possibly becoming president and commander-in-chief of the USA which is the country with the largest economy and the most powerful military in the world!!!

I tend to agree with the Washington Post article above that Mr. Trump needs to provide strong evidence of such conspiracies before it can be seriously considered as plausible or real. As of now, in my humble layman opinion, Mr. Trump has NOT provided strong evidence for most of his conspiracy statements mentioned earlier in this post.

Please note that I have a PUBLICLY NEUTRAL informal-student-observer role in these posts that I put up about the USA presidential elections. Of course, as I am an Indian citizen living in India, there is no question of me voting in these elections.

[I thank Mr. Donald Trump, cnn.com, nytimes.com, washingtonpost.com and smh.com.au and have presumed that they will not have any objections to me sharing the above extracts (most extracts are quotes of Mr. Trump from his public speech) from their websites on this post which is freely viewable by all, and does not have any financial profit motive whatsoever.]
