Heart-breaking article from fiancé of disappeared, suspected to be killed, dissident Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi

I have been reading up on the news about the disappearance of Jamal Khashoggi, including Saudi Arabian reports flatly denying the charges that they (and their embassy in Istanbul, Turkey) had anything to do with disappearance or alleged killing of Khashoggi.

It is a deeply sensitive matter. As of now, one does not know what the truth is.

I have great respect for the deep faith of the people of Saudi Arabia in Islam, one of the world's great religions. Saudi Arabia has the two holiest sites in Islam - Mecca and Medina. The value that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives to these two holy sites can be easily understood by the official title of the ruler of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques", https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Custodian_of_the_Two_Holy_Mosques.

I am a follower of the 19th and 20th century Indian saint and spiritual master, Shirdi Sai Baba, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sai_Baba_of_Shirdi, who used to often say, "Allah Malik" - Allah/God is the owner/king/master.

I pray to Allah/God to shower peace, love and joy in Saudi Arabia and in Turkey.

This article that I read today has moved me deeply. As I am a social media writer (blogger), I feel the urge to share the article link and also share small extracts from it. It is written by Hatice Cengiz, the fiancé of Jamal Khashoggi. My prayers to Allah/God to give Ms. Hatice Cengiz strength and courage to face the trauma that she is undergoing now.

My Fiancé Jamal Khashoggi Was a Lonely Patriot, https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/13/opinion/jamal-khashoggi-saudi-arabia-fiancee-mbs-murder.html, 13th Oct. 2018

Small extracts from above article are given below:

If the allegations are true, and Jamal has been murdered by the errand boys of --name-snipped--, he is already a martyr. His loss is not just mine but that of every person with a conscience and moral compass. If we have already lost Jamal, then condemnation is not enough. The people who took him from us, irrespective of their political positions, must be held accountable and punished to the full extent of the law.
...
Oppression never lasts forever. Tyrants eventually pay for their sins.

When your loved one leaves this world, the other world no longer seems scary or far away. It is being left here all alone, without them, that is most painful.

Ravi: I think it will be good for Saudi Arabia and the world, if the truth gets revealed about this disappearance and possible killing of Jamal Khashoggi.

[I thank nytimes.com and have presumed that they will not have any objections to me sharing the above small extracts from their website on this post which is freely viewable by all, and does not have any financial profit motive whatsoever.]
