Update: This was wrong news. Abhinandan crossed over to Indian soil only sometime after 9 PM today (1st Mar. 2019).
News channels are saying that IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan is back on Indian soil. But we need to wait for a few minutes before we get a statement from IAF announcing it.
CNN NEWS 18 channel shows a statement: "ABHINANDAN CROSSED OVER @ 5.20 PM" - see attached screenshot.

"Air Vice Marshal RGK Kapoor at Attari-Wagah border: Wing Commander #AbhinandanVarthaman has been handed over to us. He will now be taken for a detailed medical checkup because he had to eject from an aircraft. IAF is happy to have him back."
Ravi: Hmm. So the earlier news of his coming to Indian soil at around 5 PM was wrong. He seems to have crossed over to Indian soil just a few minutes back (sometime after 9 PM today).
