Mera Mehboob Kayamat Hogi - oldie goldie 1964 Hindi film song famous for lyrics about sadness that romantic love can bring
This Kishore Kumar song was still very popular in my young adult days of the 80s.
I don't think I had seen the video clip of the song in the film earlier. Thanks to youtube and its content creators.

A person commented: https://youtu.be/M6Ul3ASaFLU (has Sanam remix version)
I (Ravi) responded: I had seen the Sanam and Honey Singh remix versions when I was exploring versions of this song on youtube yesterday. I think my mind is totally tuned in to the original version and so I was able to relate to only a few remix versions (I think I shared one or two of them earlier).
But I recognize that Sanam and Honey Singh remix versions do appeal to many and respect that.
I was astonished yesterday to see a Korean take on remix version (Honey Singh remix perhaps) of this song. Once again that did not appeal to me so much - perhaps I am too much of an oldie guy. But it just showed me how popular the remix version(s) had become. Here's one Korean take that I saw (in part): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCGyScr6QVA
I wrote: I should add that as I spent a couple of months in Seoul in the early 90s, I have a soft corner for Koreans. It has been the only Asian city outside of India that I have lived in for a small time. All the other places I have lived outside of India have been either in Europe or USA.
