Very good to see UN Security Council (including China) condemn terrorist orgn. Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) by name for Pulwama attack and seek to bring perpetrators and sponsors of the terrorist act to justice

Relevant parts of the UN Security Council (UNSC) statement as reported by above article are as follows:

...
The members of the Security Council underlined the need to hold perpetrators, organisers, financiers and sponsors of these reprehensible acts of terrorism accountable and bring them to justice, and urged all States, in accordance with their obligations under international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, to cooperate actively with the Government of India and all other relevant authorities in this regard(.)

The article also states, "The UNSC members expressed their deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the Indian people and the government, and wished a speedy and full recovery to those who were injured."
As an Indian citizen and resident, I would like to express my gratitude to the UN Security Council for this statement. On Feb. 14th 2019, India became a target of this heinous act of terror. In the past, some other countries in the world (including India but not limited to India) became targets of heinous acts of terror. Terrorism can be defeated only when major powers of the world come together and force states that harbour and promote terrorist organisations to stop doing so. China should be aware that these terrorist organisations can become a threat to China too, if China chooses to protect the state(s) that sponsor such terror.
