Trump says ISIS honours Obama and that Obama is the founder of ISIS!!! Seems to be utterly RIDICULOUS!

In this video clip Mr. Donald Trump, Republican party nominee for USA President says (at a Florida rally):
"ISIS is honouring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. He's the founder of ISIS. Okay. He is the founder. He founded ISIS. And I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hillary Clinton."
Ravi: I think I have to move away from my PUBLICLY NEUTRAL informal-student-observer role for this post. Of course, as I am an Indian citizen living in India, there is no question of me voting in these elections.
This is a horrendous allegation against current USA President Obama as well as against Democratic party nominee for USA president, former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton!!! Such allegations can be made by a serious political contender for the top political office position, IF AND ONLY IF, these allegations can be backed with solid proof. I mean, he did not say that there are suspicions or allegations etc. He repeatedly said that USA President Obama is the founder of ISIS!!!
I browsed Google for fact-check info. on this but could not get pages on this particular statement. Perhaps they are still working on it.

In the ruling it states, "The implication that the Obama administration was actively helping the United States' enemies is ridiculous. It has always been U.S. policy to oppose AQI and ISIS, and the United States has aggressively fought the group for years."
Ravi: I am quite sure that USA politics fact-check websites will rate the "He (USA President Obama) is the founder of ISIS", statement of Mr. Donald Trump, as its worst degree of FALSITY, PANTS ON FIRE, UNLESS Mr. Donald Trump is able to provide hard evidence for this very, very shocking statement.
In the past few decades, I don't think I have come across such extremely shocking statements about a sitting President/Prime Minister from any top political office serious contender in USA or major Western European democracies (e.g. Britain, France, Germany) or even India. It is one thing for a conspiracy theory website or book author or even a lower level politician to say such things. It is quite another when a major party nominee for top political office of a modern and materially advanced democratic country in the world says it. I am utterly shocked and bewildered by this type of political campaign that Mr. Trump has adopted. Yes, his style was on display during the Republican party primaries but it never got so bad. Hmm. Very, very sad to see this.
