Na Tum Hame Jaano 1962 Hindi film song sung live by Hemant Kumar (link) with Hindi lyrics and my rough English translation

Great to see and hear (Late) Hemant Kumar sing this 1962 Hindi Film oldie goldie song live. NA TUM HUMEIN JANO | LIVE PERFORMANCE BY HEMANT KUMAR | RARE VIDEO, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR4teEpajT8 , 4 min. 10 secs. The song starts at around 19 secs into the video.

The film song was also sung by Hemant Kumar. Music was by S.D. Burman, lyrics was by Majrooh Sultanpuri and the movie is "Baat Ek Raat Ki".

But I am not so comfortable with the translation and have provided my own below (which also may have some issues as I am not a Hindi language expert):

Main lines of song in Hindi:

Na tum hame jaano

Na hum tumhe jaane

Magar lagta hai kuch aisa

Mera humdum mil gaya

[English translation of above:] 

You do not know me

Nor do I know you

But it feels as if

I have got my bosom friend (intimate companion)

[Note: As per https://twitter.com/sharghzadeh/status/1348533275917242369 the word hamdam in Farsi (Persian language) from which it seems to have come to Hindi, means "one you share a breath with". This seems to match the meaning of hamdam in Hindi.]

[Hindi:]

Yeh mausam yeh raat chup hai

Woh hooto ki baat chup hai

Khamoshi sunane lagi hai dastaan

Nazar ban gayi hai dil ki zuban

[English translation of above:] 

These environs, this night are silent

The talk of those lips are silent

The story is telling silence to us

Sight (vision) has become the tongue of the heart

[Note: Sorry, could not get a better translation of mausam than environs. Literal translation of mausam is weather but is slightly different in this context.]

[Hindi:]

Mohabbat ke mod pe ham

Mile sabko chod ke ham

Dhadakte dilonka leke yeh caravan

Chaale aaj dono jaane kaha

[English:]

At the turn (path) of (romantic) love, we

Met, leaving behind all

Taking this camelcade/train (caravan) of (our) beating hearts
