Wonderful enunciation of USA govt. view of India-USA relationship now and in the coming years and decades. As an Indian citizen living in India, my first reaction is that I am largely, if not fully, supportive of the views expressed by USA Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. I hope to study the transcript (when it becomes available) to get a deeper understanding of Secy. Tillerson's remarks.
