US-India relations are growing even when political party in power changes both in USA and India

An extract from, Narendra Modi clinches NSG, MTCR membership, but the credit goes to Manmohan Singh. http://www.india.com/news/india/narendra-modi-clinches-nsg-mtcr-membership-but-the-credit-goes-to-manmohan-singh-1247317/, dated June 9th 2016, is given below.

"While celebrating positive progress on NSG and MTCR, PM Modi must acknowledge the role of his predecessor Manmohan Singh, who even put Congress government at risk, for making the deal a possibility. Manmohan Singh had agreed to go through ‘vote of confidence’ in the Parliament to strengthen India’s forthcoming diplomatic achievements. This is why, the Modi government owes the progress of Indo-US nuclear relations to the Manmohan Singh government."

Ravi: I think there is a lot of truth to the above statements. From another perspective, it is great to see that change of political party in power in both USA and India, has not negatively impacted US-India relations which are becoming stronger and stronger over the years in this early 21st century.
